- A road bike equipped with a bottom bracket featuring a 30mm internal diameter
Required Parts
- Rotor Aldhu 30mm crank arms (right and left)
- Rotor 30mm standard axle
- 0.5mm spacers (included with the Rotor axle)
- Rotor Direct Mount spider or Rotor Spidering
- Assembly grease
- Torque wrench (up to 50 Nm) with a 10mm socket

Installation Steps
- Prepare the components: Apply grease to the Rotor axle, place one 0.5 mm spacer on each side, and clean all parts before assembly.
- Insert the axle: Slide the Rotor axle through the bottom bracket bearings with the splines facing the right (drive) side.
- Install the spider or Spidering: Align the "OCP" position with number 3 on the axle.
- Attach the right crank arm: Insert and tighten the central bolt to 35 Nm (up to 40 Nm if necessary).
- Attach the left crank arm: Mount and tighten it to 35 Nm. Ensure no lateral play remains.
- Adjust lateral play: Use the black preload ring to remove play without compressing the bearings. Then tighten the grey bolt.
- Verify the installation: Spin the crankset to make sure it rotates freely and smoothly.
