Titanium Gravel CHIRU Allure — Patrice’s Build

A 8.4 kg titanium gravel bike built for long forest trails as well as 50 km/h descending speed. The transmission combines a ROTOR Aldhu Carbon crankset with Inspider 2.0 power meter and a Bikone T47/30 ceramic bottom bracket for maximum smoothness.

Step 1 — Frame & cockpit

The CHIRU Allure titanium frame offers a rare balance of vibration comfort, descending stability and pedalling reactivity. The Chiru titanium seatpost and Canyon CP0047 cockpit provide a confident and aerodynamic riding position for endurance gravel.

Step 2 — Transmission focus

Transmission detail: Rotor Aldhu Carbon Inspider 2.0 with 44T Q RING

The 44T Q RING ensures smoother chain tension and improved traction on steep gravel sections.

The oval 44T chainring allows Patrice to handle steep gradients without immediately reaching for the biggest cog. The ROTOR Aldhu Carbon crankset with Inspider 2.0 power meter brings stiffness, precision and weight savings. The SRAM RED XPLR 10–46 cassette provides perfect spacing for mixed surfaces.

Step 3 — Power accuracy: Inspider 2.0

The Inspider 2.0 delivers combined left/right power measurement with ±1.5 % accuracy.

Its ultra-thin profile fits perfectly with internal T47 standards. Combined with carbon crankarms, it helps maintain high cadence with minimal fatigue.

Step 4 — On-trail performance

Zipp XPLR wheels and Pathfinder 40 mm tyres: fast on tarmac, grippy on dirt.

Lightweight like a road bike, yet capable on steep gravel slopes. The oval chainring smooths torque and keeps traction where it matters most.
